You Don't Have to Know What Happens Next

You can take one step today without knowing what the next step will be, and you don’t have to do it alone.

I started coaching after experiencing a few transitions myself: IVF, miscarriages, motherhood, the loss of my own mother, work-life balance with children, career changes, and menopause, to name a few.

Women often feel they have to navigate these paths alone or maintain an outward image of control. As a Wayfinder Life Coach, my role is to create a space where you can tap back into your intuition and start asking questions from a deeper knowing that has always been there. How can we be honest with ourselves (and others) so we can find our way back to our own sense of comfort? Again, I truly believe you will know it when you feel it.
